Rules: The Super Football Pre-Game Party promotion
period starts November 25, 2008 and ends January 22,
2009. All new and existing ModSpace customers renting,
leasing or purchasing a ModSpace building (single
wide or larger) and/or storage container during the
promotion period are eligible to win the drawing.
All customers meeting criteria are automatically entered
in the drawing – no additional sign-up is necessary.
This promotion is available in the U.S. and Canada.
Random drawing to be held after 5:00 EST Thursday,
January 22, 2009. Four winners will be notified Friday,
January 23, 2008 via email and/or phone. A local ModSpace
representative will coordinate with the winner to
hold a pre-game party at winner’s company location
within fifty miles of a ModSpace branch office during
the week of January 26, 2009 between the hours of
9:00 am – 5:00 pm local time. Total party package
shall not exceed $250 in value per winner. ModSpace
reserves the right to end the Super Football Pre-Game
Party promotion at any time, up to and including the
award of any prizes hereunder. Party giveaways and
other details shall be at the sole discretion of ModSpace.
Winners and other contestants shall release, indemnify
and hold ModSpace harmless from and against any losses
arising in any way out of the Super Football Pre-Game
Party promotion. |
