Optional Commercial General Liability*

Covers third-party liability arising from the use, occupancy and/or maintenance of your leased modular building.

• Covers operating lease agreements including multi-building complexes and classrooms
• Fulfills your contractual obligation to carry Commercial General Liability Insurance for leased buildings of up to $1 million per occurrence, and a $2 million annual aggregate
• Protects you against third-party liability claims for bodily injury and property damage
• Includes third-party medical payment coverage up to $5,000 per person, per occurrence
• No deductible. First dollar coverage for losses covered under the policy

 Damage Waiver Option*

Avoid insurance rate increases and large out-of-pocket expenses with our peace-of-mind in-house waiver.

Highlights:

• Covers direct physical damage to the modular building and attachments leased from ModSpace.
• Waiver is not an insurance policy. It is an alternative to your contractual obligation to carry Property Physical Damage coverage.
• Relieves you of financial responsibility above $1,000 for direct loss or damage to the leased building.
• Low deductible of just $1,000 per occurrence per building
