A. Throughout its 20-year history, Resun has been a growth-oriented company, strategically focused on serving the needs of its diverse customer base. This acquisition accelerates our objective to be a world-class provider of modular manufactured building environments and value-added services.

Q. Is this a merger or an acquisition?

A. Resun has acquired the assets of GE Modular Space's U.S. and Canadian operations, and we are combining the two organizations and their personnel into one cohesive team to become the industry leader in modular building solutions and services. The new company is called ModSpace.

Q. Will ModSpace be able to serve smaller customers? Will ModSpace lose its personal touch?

A. The combined personnel and locations will position us to better serve customers of any size in virtually any location. With more locations and resources to serve you better, we will be positioned to provide an even greater level of service to the marketplace.

Q. How does this transaction add value for ModSpace's customers?

A. Resun and GE Modular Space are complementary in terms of products, services and industry expertise. Combining both companies to form a new organization will mean added value in many areas, including:

• an enhanced branch and operations network, supported by more then 100 locations, for broader geographic coverage in the United States and Canada,
• dramatically increased breadth and depth of products and services for customers, with access to more in-fleet modular buildings with an even wider array of build-to-suit options,
• a trusted vendor partner, with a singular mission to consistently deliver superior products, supported with outstanding proactive customer service and problem solving, to improve the productivity and quality of life of our customers,
• more manufacturing, contracting and subcontracting resources, allowing greater access to the latest in modular building technology, resulting in improved on-time delivery and service, and
• a broader range of services including design, turnkey mechanical installations, foundations, decks/ramps and furniture.

Q. Will GE Modular Space's products and services be integrated into Resun's current offerings?

Q. I am in the middle of a project with Resun or GE Modular Space. How does this affect this project?

Q. Will there still be offices in Dulles, Va., and Wayne, Pa.?

A. While the Dulles facility will remain an important location of the combined business, ModSpace plans to move its headquarters from Dulles, Va., to the suburbs of Philadelphia near GE Modular Space's current headquarters.
