Carmel Partners, a premier national full-service real estate company, was looking to build a sales office and fitness center to promote their major townhome renovation. The company needed the building to have an upscale look and it needed to be delivered quickly with minimal cost. Carmel Partners wanted to make these changes with minimal impact on the land, so limiting tree removal was important.
Carmel Partners turned to ModSpace to deliver a modular sales office, fitness center and resource room that gave them the cutting-edge look they desired. Impact on the land was kept to a minimum with just two trees cleared from the site for access. The final layout had to maximize the allotted space and include a 307 sq. ft. reception area, 456 sq. ft. exercise room, 222 sq. ft. internet station, private office, resource room and restroom. Carmel Partners further benefited by keeping their sales office open during construction.
