Permanent Modular School
When fall enrollment increased dramatically at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, administrators needed to find a way to construct a permanent, high-quality residence hall that matched the rest of the campus quickly and cost effectively.
ModSpace worked with Muhlenberg College administrators to develop a state-of-the-art modular residence hall that was delivered in less time than using traditional construction.
Once the modules were set on the permanent foundation and initial construction of the four-story dormitory was complete, ModSpace added interior and exterior finishes in order to match the new building to the college’s existing architecture that dates back more than 100 years.
