Avon needed someone to design and build a comprehensive center to address the challenges of delivering breast cancer outreach, screening, follow-up and treatment to low-income communities.
ModSpace's Avon Foundation Modular Healthcare Construction Project
MedBuild provided Avon with a state-of-the-art turnkey solution to meet the needs of the hospital and the underserved population. The new modular medical center was designed to help the center reach its goal of 10,000 patients-per-year.
The fully integrated diagnostic center includes a dramatic two-story corner glass façade, an X-ray, viewing, staff lounge, record storage, waiting and changing rooms. The child-friendly design also features a healing garden in the central courtyard.
