Permanent Modular Complex
Cape Vincent, NY is a major gateway to the Thousand Islands and on into Canada. Increased restrictions on national security required the US Customs office in Cape Vincent to expand their facility with offices for US immigration processing and the Border Patrol.
ModSpace designed and built a 1,500-square-foot custom modular structure that blended well with the surrounding buildings while providing space for the three government offices and two holding cells.
