SOLUTION

ModSpace worked closely with the customer to design and install a scaffolding bridge that could safely support the weight of a temporary double-wide and single-wide office trailers. By creating a two-story configuration, offices were situated on the second level while storage containers were on the ground level.

“We had very specific needs and wants for this project and space in New York, and were willing to invest as we would use this site for a 5-year project, but we wanted someone that would do it and do it well. That’s why we chose ModSpace,” said Alan Cronk, assistant project manager for Durr Mechanical Construction. “It was easy to coordinate with their team, and they hit the dimensions of all of our specifics right on the button. The result was an efficient modular office building that exceeded our quality standards from the standpoints of function, comfort, cost and timing.”
