Temporary Modular
Erickson Communities’ first priority for its newest project in Maris Grove, PA was to build a state-of-the-art welcome center to make a great first impression as well as educate and sell to prospective buyers.
Capitalizing on ModSpace’s readily-available inventory of temporary modular buildings, Erickson Communities opted to use repurposed modular units from an earlier, similar project.
"Selecting modular units from ModSpace that we had previously used at another site actually gave us a leg up on planning our newest welcome center," said Erickson Project Manager Chris Jedd. "These previously-used units gave us a running start on how to design both the inside and the surrounding landscape to create the true feel of Maris Grove before we began the actual construction phases of the project."
The modular welcome center is comprised of seven double-wide units from ModSpace that create more than 5,000 sq. ft. of interior space. Its elegant ambiance would assist in the marketing of Maris Grove for the next two years.
