JMC Communities needed a sales center at its new development, The Bellamy Shore, a home community in Tampa's upscale Bayshore Boulevard. With several multi-million dollar mansions in the neighborhood, JMC knew they needed a sales center that was nothing short of spectacular in very little time.
ModSpace worked tirelessly to deliver JMC Communities' detailed sales center within their extremely tight timeline. Thanks to the accelerated custom modular construction process, ModSpace was able to design and build a first-class sales facility for JMC in just 90 days.
The completed 2,160-sq. ft. modular building is exquisite. The many exceptional details include a high roof truss system, steel support beams, Spanish-tile-inspired shingles, custom interior floor plans and exterior flourishes.
As a result of using ModSpace, JMC Communities was able to pre-sell their lots, putting them well ahead of their sales goals for The Bellamy Shore.
