Temporary Modular
KB Home needed a sales office at their new residential development in Orlando, FL. The office needed to have inviting surroundings for prospective clients that matched the theme and feel of the development. KB Home also needed to be able to quickly remove the sales center once the development was sold out.
KB Home understood that the accelerated modular process would enable them to open the sales center more quickly, while providing consistent quality and materials. Additionally, partnering with a ModSpace would include financially attractive lease terms and the modular construction process would allow the center to be relocated and reused throughout the duration of the lease. The modular sales center will likely be used in three communities during a typical five-year lease term, making it a cost-effective solution for KB Home.
