Temporary Modular Complex
Layton Construction Company needed a temporary office to use during a construction project on the steep slopes of Deer Valley ski area.
With a top elevation of 9,570 feet, the location presented several challenges for delivery and set up. ModSpace worked closely with Layton to clear a safe delivery route and solid foundation. Ramps were built onsite to create a level surface. Just a few days later, a four-unit temporary modular complex was safely put in place approximately 10 feet back from a 100-foot cliff.
Despite the seemingly-impossible logistics of this project, ModSpace was able to help Layton Construction complete their project with a timely and cost-effective modular office solution.
