Temporary Modular Complex
Manchester Resorts had begun construction of a luxury resort on an 18-hole golf course in San Diego CA and needed additional space quickly. They required a functioning pro shop, concession building and sales center while the current clubhouse, custom houses and hotel resort were under construction.
ModSpace had Manchester Resorts up and running in just eight weeks. The modular sales center was upgraded with several amenities to showcase those available in their luxury villas including custom columns, marble floors, matching crown molding and baseboards, canned lighting, textured walls, Berber carpet and upgraded doors.
The fully-operational pro shop and concessions building offered potential buyers an opportunity to begin enjoying the resort lifestyle!
