Temporary Modular Complex
Halbert Construction needed a temporary building to house the Navy’s dental facility in San Diego for 12 months while they constructed a new, permanent structure.
ModSpace provided a temporary dental facility to house administrative offices, dental exam rooms, x-ray rooms, digital imaging rooms, laboratories, clean rooms, locker rooms and restrooms. The 18-unit modular complex was delivered and set up in time for the Navy to smoothly transition its dental operation into the temporary space before construction started on the new facility.
