Permanent Modular School
When deteriorating building conditions forced Northridge School District in Johnstown, OH to close two of its three elementary schools, the school district needed to act quickly to add more space.
ModSpace developed a solution that met all of the school board’s requirements, on time and on budget. Taking lead as project mangers, we delivered 22 modules from our existing inventory of modular classrooms totaling 17,000 square feet of floor space.
The new facility included classrooms, a large multi-purpose room, student and faculty restrooms and large corridors to accommodate lockers. In addition to classroom space, this building will also house the district offices for the superintendent and treasurer. The result was a bright, clean and safe new space for students.
