High Desert Development was rapidly nearing completion of the first golf course at Pronghorn Country Club outside of Bend, Oregon and was ready to turn their attention to the clubhouse. The Pronghorn clubhouse would include offices, retail space, indoor and outdoor dining, kitchen, lockers and restrooms. The building needed to demonstrate the company’s attention to detail to assist in selling the 230 estate lots that surround the golf courses.
ModSpace delivered a 2,940-square-foot custom modular complex just four weeks later. Once the units were on site, the ModSpace team completed the turn-key installation in just 12 days.
This tight turnaround even included the many custom finishes that were required to deliver Pronghorn’s desired functionality and aesthetics.
