River Pointe Church needed additional space for their early childhood care center. As a non-profit organization, the new building would also need to be both functional and economical. The facility needed to accommodate several different classrooms within the building and include restrooms. The new building also had to match an existing modular building already in place at the church that was installed several years before.
Having experienced positive results from a previous modular building solution, the church once again chose a modular building as a fast and cost-effective way to add space for their expanding member services for early childhood care programs.
ModSpace delivered a permanent modular building addition for River Pointe Church within their desired timeframe. The building was designed to match the exterior of their existing building. Similar matching finishes included matching a high-end deck material used on the existing building so that both would appear the same.
The installation of the electrical equipment, storm drain, plumbing supply and sewer, and the crushed concrete building pad was also performed by ModSpace. Several interior and exterior upgrades, including aluminum store front doors, vibrant colors and multicolored floor tiles were added to the building. Inside, the building was designed to accommodate multiple modular classrooms and restroom facilities throughout.
