Turner Construction Company is leading the construction of the Philadelphia Eagles' new 1,723,000 square-foot football stadium, opening Fall 2003. The national firm needed to quickly find nearby office space to serve as a control center for managing nearly 4,000 construction workers during the course of the project. Based on Turner's design and floor plans, ModSpace swiftly fabricated a structure that would best facilitate the day-to-day planning and scheduling activities of construction management. Project supervisors, directors and contract managers have offices around the perimeter of the buildings while administrative staff and engineers have versatile offices in the center.
