About this Case Study
407 ETR Concession Company needed to expand their facility to accommodate changing demands and initiatives. The company wanted the addition to match the aesthetics of their existing building while offering the flexibility to add or delete sections in line with their fluctuating business.
ModSpace designed and delivered a permanent 44-unit L-shaped modular complex that blended the functional and aesthetic elements the client desired. To achieve this, ModSpace developed a phased project approach whereby modules were delivered as their need for office space increased.
